Three things, done completely. Nothing else.
The line is being specified around these three capabilities and no others. Everything on this page is design intent — the line is not commissioned, and the target for that is Q2 2027.
Specified capabilities.
Item 1.0Spec rev A
Frame & assembly
Jig-welded steel and aluminium frames. One platform designed to carry both products — roughly 60% of an e-bicycle's bill of materials is a bicycle. Alignment is being specified to ±0.5 mm, measured on every batch.
E-bicycle integration
250 W pedal-assist. Motor, controller, harness and pack integration, specified to EN 15194. Cells, motors and controllers are bought in from suppliers you can audit — never made here.
Finish & packing
Powder coat, decal application, 85% pre-assembly and retail-ready cartons printed to your artwork, so the box that leaves us is the box that reaches your dealer.
What we will not do.
Item 2.0Scope exclusions · permanent
This section is worth more to you than the three above it. Every one of these is a line we are choosing not to cross, and the last one is contractual.
- No carbon fibre. Not now, not at volume, not as a favour.
- No suspension manufacture. We fit what you specify; we do not make it.
- No cells, motors or controllers. Bought in, from suppliers you can audit.
- No CMVR-registered vehicles. Nothing above 250 W or 25 km/h.
- No own-brand sales in your market. We are not now, and will not become, your competitor. This one is in the contract, not just on the website.
One frame platform, drawn to carry both products.
Item 3.0AMP-P01-FRM rev A
Roughly 60% of an e-bicycle's bill of materials is a bicycle. Designing a single platform for both means the line that fills your conventional order is the same line, the same jigs and the same trained people that will build your e-bicycle — so the second programme costs you a fraction of the first, and the second quotation arrives in days rather than months.
It also means we can commit to the e-bicycle programme before you do, without asking you to fund a second factory.
