Hold us to 2%.
Not a philosophy, an offer. Start us on 500 units. If we come in above 2% reject, do not place the second order. We would rather publish the threshold than describe our commitment to quality.
What happens to every batch, when the line runs.
Item 1.0Protocol · design intent
A golden sample you sign
First-article inspection against a physical sample you have approved and signed. Not a drawing, not a photograph — the object itself, held here and held by you.
Every batch measured
Frame alignment, critical dimensions, torque values and finish thickness. Measured on every batch, not sampled per quarter.
Every measurement retained
Kept against the batch and the container, so a question about a shipment eighteen months old has an answer rather than an apology.
Item 1.4 — reported whether it is good news or not
Reject rate reported to you monthly. The month it is bad, you will hear it from us first. A supplier who only reports good months is a supplier whose numbers mean nothing.
How you verify it without taking our word.
Item 2.0Verification
- Your own inspector, any time, announced or not.
- A third-party agency you appoint and instruct — SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or your own.
- Quality sign-off sits independent of dispatch, so nobody releasing a container is under pressure to ship it.
- The 2% threshold is the test, not a target we grade ourselves against.
Item 2.1 — what we cannot show you yet, and when
There is no line to inspect. There is no first-pass yield figure, because nothing has been built. Anyone quoting you one at this stage is quoting you a number they cannot have. The line is targeted for commissioning in Q2 2027 and first article inspection within thirty days of that — both rows are on the status table.
Standards we are specifying to.
