The whole ramp, not just the year-five number.
Any supplier can quote you a capacity headline. The number that matters is what the line can absorb in the year you want to place an order, so here is every year of the plan — and what is installed today, which is nothing.
The plan ramp.
Item 1.0Plan figures
| Plan year | Bicycles | E-bicycles | Line status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | 12,000 | — | Single shift, bicycle only |
| Year 2 | 32,000 | — | Two shifts, bicycle only |
| Year 3 | 48,000 | 9,500 | E-bicycle integration added |
| Year 4 | 65,000 | 20,500 | Both lines at scale |
| Year 5 | 80,000 | 30,000 | Full plan capacity |
Item 1.1 — how to read these
These are plan figures, not orders held and not capacity installed. Year 1 begins at commissioning, targeted Q2 2027. We would rather publish the ramp and be held to it than publish a headline you cannot buy against.
Terms we are specifying the line to meet.
Item 2.0Commercial
| Programme | Minimum order | Target lead time | Incoterm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bicycle | 500 units | 65 d | FOB Mundra |
| E-bicycle | 300 units | 75 d | FOB Mundra |
| Pilot run | 50 units | 30 d | EXW Ludhiana |
Item 2.1 — when these become contractual
On your first purchase order, not before. Today they are design targets for a line being specified. If your programme needs a term we have not listed, say so now while the specification is still open — that is the whole point of the offer.
Eight stations, and why not a conveyor.
Item 3.0AMP-PL-LAY rev A
Station-based rather than a conveyor, deliberately — a conveyor sets one takt for every product and punishes the mixed, short-run work an ODM actually gets asked for. Stations let us run your 500 without stopping somebody else's 5,000. The floor layout is drawn on the factory page.
